What is included with my rental?
Hosting your event at The Barn Social includes a raw space of 4,200 square feet over two floors of our renovated barn, 700 square feet of outdoor patio space, and parking room for all guests.
Furniture/decor included:
Outside: 4 tables, 16 chairs, 4 rocking chairs, string lights
Bottom Floor: 6 high cocktail tables, 8 chairs, moss decorated wall with 28 foot bar, string lights, 2 hanging macrame chairs
Top Floor: String lights, 3 chandeliers, tables and chairs to seat 150 guests
You will be required to provide any additional decor/food/entertainment you wish to have at your event.

Yes, we require all wedding’s at The Barn Social to have insurance. Most home insurance providers will also be able to provide wedding insurance for an extra cost.

We will prep the space before and after the event including, sweeping, prepping the bathroom, and taking care of any necessary repairs.
In order to get your full security deposit back, you will need to remove all items brought in by 1 am following your event. In addition, we expect to receive it debris free meaning only a broom sweep is necessary.

The barn sits on acres of land with plenty of parking room for all guests!

As our barn is constructed of vintage barn wood, we do not allow open flame candles.

The maximum capacity for our space is 150 guests.

The barn features an outdoor patio space with 4 tables/ 4 chairs per table, 4 rocking chairs, 3 outdoor space heaters available if needed depending on timing of event.

There is a women’s restroom as well as an all gender/handicap restroom.

Yes, you are free to use the space however you would like within your rental time. However, we will not be onsite to change seating around during your event if you are looking to have different layouts for the ceremony and reception, so if this is something you plan to do you will most likely need to work with a wedding planner.

No, we do not supply or serve alcohol, you will need to hire your own bartenders that have applicable liquor licenses and are required by the township to hire a constable. We have a list of constables available to provide upon booking.
